If there is one thing we love at Nebo Hotel it’s our rich history and nostalgia.
We’ve had many publicans and patrons over our 160 years, who have all shaped a part of our social fabric.
We are not just a country pub. We are and always have been, a social hub for patrons, a birthing suite for babies born many years ago, a halfway point for the weary traveller and of course the perfect backdrop for a night out between friends.
It warms our heart to think about how many lives we have been a part of and how appreciative we are to be a part of it’s history.
On November 11, 2023, Nebo celebrates 100 years since Nebo gained it’s name, formerly named Fort Cooper. We are celebrating with our annual Christmas Fair in the main street, a memorial plaque is to be unveiled in Centenary Park, the museum and the hall will be open and Reynolds and Water St will come alive with celebration!
We would love if you or anyone you know, could send through any photo’s or memorabilia you may have of the hotel over the past 100 or 160 years, so we can showcase your memories to our community on the night. Please email them to manager@nebohotel.com.au or call the hotel and speak with Kristen.
Please come along on the night and celebrate with us!
